When will I receive my order?

At My Electric Radiators we offer free next working day delivery on all our radiators when delivered to a mainland UK address. Providing that you have placed your order before 2pm you will receive your radiators the next working day guaranteed before 12pm. Weekends and public holidays are not classed as working days

Saturday delivery is available upon request which carries a surcharge of £20.00 per radiator. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

My Electric Radiators only operate with the most respected and innovative parcel carrier in the UK. As a result of leading technology you will be notified with a one hour delivery window by both SMS (text message) and email saving you from the frustration of waiting in all day not knowing when your order might arrive.

You can also locate real live movements of you delivery on a real time map.

Delivery Times

Monday - Friday: 7am - 12pm

Saturday: 7am - 12pm

You will need to be on hand to collect and sign for your delivery for security reasons.

Missed my delivery

If in the unfortunate circumstance there is no one available to take delivery, don't panic there is the option to rearrange the delivery for a more suitable time, you can even rearrange your delivery time on the same day. There is also the option to collect from you local depot. Not in all week? You can arrange delivery specifically for a Saturday however this may incur an additional charge.

Delivery to the Scottish mainland may incur an additional charge. Please call customer support for further information 01423 619303 calls are charged at your standard rate and lines are open from 8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Arrange delivery for a specific date

When placing your order, in the checkout under the delivery heading you will have the ability to select your appropriate delivery date which can be months ahead from placing your order if desired.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your radiators are delivered the next working day we cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver on the next working day. The delivery date is an estimate which can be unsettled with courier service delays or delivery location. If you decide to have your radiators professionally installed we would therefore recommend waiting until your radiators are delivered prior to making arrangements for a fitting date.
